You must provide care, develop abilities, and encourage learning through play while ensuring health & safety, teamwork, progress observation, attending meetings and training, and staying up-to-date with the curriculum.

Expectations

As a childcare professional, you'll work in a team with other practitioners, handle paperwork, and need creativity, energy, and willingness to work outside work hours. The paperwork may require evening and weekend work from home.

Qualifications

To work in a teaching position at Harmony Nursery, you need to meet the requirements of NVQ Level 2, First Aid Certificate, working knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage 2012, and a minimum of 1-year experience in a similar setting.
